Provide information and advice on alcohol. You can ask a question, request a ‘sensible drinking pack’ to be sent out to you or book an appointment to see one an Alcohol Advisors through your GP. The service can help you look at ways to improve your health and wellbeing through managing your alcohol intake and provide support to cut back and make changes to your drinking habits.

Give you a high….which is often followed by a low

Other Options

Think about why you’re drinking or taking drugs. Is it to enjoy a social situation with some friends in a safe environment or are you using alcohol and drugs to help you cope with life and get through the day?
